Lovely little tapas, not quite the best in Brighton but pretty good. Wandered in on a busy lunchtime, don’t know what was happening in Brighton but the place was rammed like the last weekend before Christmas. My partner had been here before and recommended it. So in we went. We were lucky and were gracefully placed on the last free table for 3. Ordered the Alhambra beer, a lovely Andalusian drink that I have had before and water. The food was well cooked and tasted great. A little less spicy than I was expecting but all tastes nice but could have been a little more tasty. Some of the best parson peppers I have had outside of Madrid was a highlight. The barbecue chicken wing were well cooked and covered in sauce. The patatas auguela were good but could have been a little sharper in the taste, they were a bit cool. The gamas pill pill great and made with large prawns so very filling. Overall the food was great, the service a kind of fun chaos that reflects a personal owned restaurant and not a chain was more fun than a problem. Would recommend to anyone who likes Tapas. Service

Amazing food and variety of flavours. The team were really friendly and we truly enjoyed our date night because of it. Encourage anyone to try this, and great value for tapas!

Excellent food but a bit pricey, the Sangria was the only thing disappointed us along with the slow service from the waiter that day... but excellent food I must say that!

Love the food, service and ambience here, very reasonably priced. Great Tapas and wines, lovely staff, in a fab location for the theatre. Highly recommend but book ahead as very popular.

Great tapas, the family and I visited mid-April 2025. We were able to walk up and get a table for 4 at about 5.30pm. We had about ten dishes and spent 90, and was really impressed with the high quality of the food. I would recommend the garlic prawns, the chorizo and the chefs salad. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Visited on the 26th October at 12. 1st impression from the male waiter/manager, not very good, lack of smile and lack of welcoming manner, lack of words. Decorations are nice. When the young waitress turned up and served us, services were very good, she was polite and professional, and helped us choosing a few items on the menu. She is the kind of staff any restaurant needed. Around 5 tables of customers today at lunch service, She seem to be the one doing all the order takings, getting the food from kitchen to table, clearing up tables and checking on us if everything is OK. The male waiter seem to be just walking around???? Food is very good and it's not expensive in today's standard. I would happily to visit again. Chorizo dish was generous, meatball is juicy and tasty, potato dish was a little bland and average, Seafood Paella is very good but just personally, it would be even better with some Mussels added to it. All dishes were generous!

Really good Tapas, easily one of the best tapas restaurants I've been to. Food came quickly and was of good quality. Dessert was really nice as well. The main restaurant was full so we ate outside which was OK, The only slight little thing was the little slugs coming on the table at the end which is not the restaurant's fault we just moved seats and we had eaten the main food at that point and was just waiting on the dessert. I would definitely eat here again. Highly recommend

Top tip: this is a very popular little Tapas bar which justifiably gets very busy in the evenings so BOOK! We tried to book earlier in the day and weren’t able to however the restaurant keeps a small number of places for walk-ins. We were fortunate (and persistent!) so after a drink at their bar, Valentino’s, we’re able to get a table for two at 5.15 in a Saturday evening. And it was definitely worth it. Service is attentive, friendly and prompt. Food was absolutely delicious. Unlike tapas bars I’ve been to in the last, all our main choices arrived together which I liked. We had mostly vegetarian choices and the flavour in each packed a punch. Paella is available for a minimum of two diners - waiting times vary and was about 50 minutes when we were there.
